Pink Signature Cocktails

Cocktail hour is becoming more and more popular, so why not create your own signature drink? I’ts a great way to compliment your wedding colours by serving a coloured drink and you could personalise it by changing the name, thereby making your wedding fresh, fun and less predictable. You could have a ready-made signature drink station when you go off to have your photos taken. That way your guests can mingle. This week I’ll be featuring the pink signature cocktails and here are some recipes you can try.

Kir Royale: 1 part Creme de Cassis, 9 parts champagne, lots of ice
Wild Orchard: 1 part vodka, 1 part champagne, dash of strawberry liqueur, top up with lemonade.
Pink Gin: 1 part gin, 3 dashes angostura bitters, top up with soda water.
Vodka Cranberry Spritzer: 1 shot vodka, cranberry juice, top up with lemonade.
