Pre Wedding Reception Drinks

It’s becoming popular to have a drinks station before the reception, while the photography session is taking place. Traditionally these drinks are often a single type of liquor mixed with juice and lemonade or a fruit or alcoholic punch.Pimms is one of my all time favourite cooler for hot days. Take one slice of orange, lemon, apple and cucumber per person. Add one part Pimms to 2 parts lemonade with lots of ice and garnish with a sprig of parsley. Strawberry Vodka is a mixture of 3 punnets of strawberries, halved and stalks removed added to a 750ml bottle of vodka. This must stand for at least 2 days. Just before serving add lemonade and of course lots of ice
